Lake District Watercolor
This beautiful watercolor painting is from an area in England called the Lake District. I painted it, with permission, from a photo taken by a friend on social media who photographs storm clouds and sunsets.
I hope my painting captured the stillness of this summer sunset with the colorful clouds and hills reflected in the lake’s water. The foreground tree branch in full foliage screams summer. This watercolor painting would be a great focal point in any room.
